Well, This movie does not qualify in horror whatsoever (unless you included Christian Bales performance), but since there are already a few reviews and tons of news over the months. I thought I would through in my two cents. Plot: Do I really need to get into detail. J

ohn Connor (Christian Bale) leads a human resistance in post-apocalyptic Earth in 2018 against an onslaught of Terminators which is run by a self aware super computer named Skynet. Basically, with all the information you get from the trailers, and released info from Director McG himself, its hard to miss what this film is about. Now on to my thoughts. This movie is nothing special. Unfortunatley, I went into the theater with the mindset that this movie was going to kick some royal ass. And I left very disappointed.

Christian Bales performance is very one sided. Its like he was playing his Batman role all over again (minus the Mask and Cape). Anton Yelchin was cast as Kyle Reese and while his performance wasn't terrible. It was nothing special as well. The only notable member of the cast im going to mention is Sam Worthington. He play the mysterious character of Marcus Wright, and who in my opinion, gave his best performance ever. Now that action sequences in the movie DID indeed kick some serious ass. And what can you expect, 95% of this movie is action. And the opening scene in the movie is incredible. Thats why this movie gets a 6 from me. The special effects were amazing. Yet some scenes just felt like they didn't belong. The movie in a whole was ok.
